Peel the mangoes and chop them coarsely
It should yield about 4 1/2 cups
In a saucepan, mix the mango pulp with sugar and lime juice
Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, for 35 to 40 minutes or until it thickens
Strain into sterilized jars and seal tightly
Let it set for about 3 hours.
