2 1/2 kg of passion fruits
1 kg, or 750 g of acai
2 1/2 kg of passion fruits
1 kg, or 750 g of acai
Peel the passion fruits, remove the seeds, cut them up, and weigh them
Mix with acai
Put everything in a pot with some of the seeds
Let it simmer slowly until it reaches boiling point, stirring as the acai dissolves
Then let it boil rapidly for 30 minutes
Remove the seeds
When the mixture starts to have a consistency like gelatin, put it in special sterilized and warm glass containers
Close it tightly
