1 kg of pork meat, cut into 3.5 cm cubes

2 cups of lentils (400 g)

2/3 cup of raisins (100 g)

1 large unripe banana, cut into 0.5 cm thick slices
1 cup of fresh pineapple, cut into cubes
1 teaspoon of salt

In a large pot, place the pork and cover with cold water
Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes
Add the onion, garlic, lentils, tomato puree, and raisins
If necessary, add more water to cover
Bring to a boil again, then reduce heat and simmer for 1 hour and 15 minutes
In a frying pan, heat oil and fry the banana and pineapple
Add to the stew
Season with salt
If necessary, add a little more water so it doesn't dry out
Simmer uncovered for an additional 10 minutes
Serve in 8 portions
