Mix the grated cheese with flour
Heat the beer in a medium saucepan over low heat
Add the English mustard, mostard, and cheese mixture
Stir until the cheese melts
Season the beef with salt and pepper to form 4 equal-sized steaks
Melt the butter or margarine in a large skillet and fry the burgers to desired doneness
Place on plates and top with the cheese mixture
Cover with the other half of the bun.
