Preheat a grill pan or skillet over medium-high heat

Grill the hamburgers on both sides until cooked through

In a separate bowl, mix together the cottage cheese and chopped pickles
Season with olive oil, salt, and black pepper to taste

Assemble each hamburger by placing a portion of the cottage cheese mixture on top of the patty, followed by another layer of pickle slices
