1 tablespoon of grated ginger
1 minced clove of garlic
1 tablespoon of toasted sesame seeds
1 tablespoon of soy sauce (shoyu)
Salt and black pepper to taste
1/2 cup of all-purpose wheat flour
1 tablespoon of oil

Dust them with wheat flour
Fry the patties in oil until they are golden brown on both sides.
