4 oranges
1/2 cup of orange liqueur
4 tablespoons of honey
1/3 cup of brandy
4 oranges

Peel the oranges, cut into slices
Remove the seeds, place in a flat dish
Add the orange liqueur, seal and let it rest for one day to another
Melt the honey with 2 tablespoons of orange juice in a skillet
When the mixture reaches boiling point, add the oranges and liqueur
Heat well
Pour over the brandy heated and ignite
Can be served with grated coconut
Serve 4 portions.
