1/2 cup of sugar
2 spoons (tablespoons) of unflavored gelatin
1 cup of boiling water

2 cups of mashed grapes blended in a blender
2 spoons (tablespoons) of grated lime zest
2 tablespoons of grape juice

2 tablespoons of grape juice
Melt the gelatin, sugar, and 1 cup of boiling water in a saucepan, stirring constantly until the gelatin and sugar have dissolved
Reduce heat to low and continue stirring until the mixture has thickened slightly
Add an additional 3/4 cup of boiling water and 1/2 cup of sugar
Stir until the sugar dissolves
Remove from heat
Add the mashed grapes, lime zest, and grape juice
Let it sit
Let it set at room temperature
Place in the freezer to chill, stirring every 2-3 hours until firm
Serve 4 people.
