2 slices of calabresa sausage (200g)

3 cooked potatoes, sliced
1 red bell pepper, sliced
1 green bell pepper, sliced
1 cup of hot vegetable broth
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 cup of black olives

Fry the sausage in a large skillet over medium heat until golden brown
Add the onion and potato and let cook for 2 minutes
Add the bell peppers, cook for an additional 2 minutes, then add the hot broth
Cover the skillet and simmer at low heat until the vegetables are tender
If needed, season with salt and pepper
Add the black olives
Turn off the heat and serve immediately.
