Blend the yogurt, milk, onion, garlic, and salt in a blender

Preheat the oven to high temperature
Place the lamb chops in the large baking sheet with the fat side up
Brush with the sauce and cover with aluminum foil

Bake for one hour, then remove the foil and bake for an additional 30 minutes or until the meat is tender and golden brown
During this time, baste with water to prevent the sauce from drying out
