3/4 cup of olive oil
1 cod loin (250g)
1 medium onion
1/2 cup of dry white wine
3 large potatoes
150g of Serra Cheese (or other preferred cheese)
2 small broccoli stalks

2 small broccoli stalks
Place the olive oil, cod loin, onion, white wine, and potatoes in a baking dish
Preheat oven to 220°C and bake until the potatoes are cooked through
Remove the onion, place the Serra Cheese on top of the cod loin, and put the onion back on top of the cheese
Return to the oven at 220°C and let the cheese melt completely
Cook the broccoli in water and salt, and serve with the cod loin.
