Cut the pork loin into four slices, forming steaks
Pound them flat with a meat mallet to tenderize them
Sprinkle with ground black pepper
In a small bowl, mix together the gelatin, parsley, soy sauce, and garlic
Brush the meat with some of this mixture and reserve the rest
Grease a large grill pan with vegetable oil and heat it over low heat
Arrange the steaks and cook them on both sides, brushing with the remaining gelatin mixture as needed (about 7 minutes per side)
Transfer to a serving dish
In a small saucepan, warm the remaining gelatin mixture over medium heat (about 1 minute)
Serve immediately with the meat
