Cut the pork loin in half lengthwise, making it look like a large steak
Beat the eggs in a medium bowl and mix with breadcrumbs, corn, onion, salt, and black pepper
Place over the meat and roll as if wrapping a roulade
Tie with kitchen twine
Baste the meat on all sides with butter or margarine mixed with a little oil
Pour the water on top, cover well, and bake in a slow oven until the meat is tender
Remove the pork from the baking dish
Drain off excess fat
Heat 4 tablespoons of the fat removed in a pan over low heat
Mix in 4 tablespoons of all-purpose flour, stirring constantly
Slowly add the gravy and cook while stirring
Remove the kitchen twine from the pork and serve with the gravy
Serves 8 to 10 people
