1 kg of pork loin
4 tablespoons of coffee grounds
1 and 1/2 cup (cha) of boiling water
2 cloves of garlic, minced
2 tablespoons of olive oil
2 tablespoons of dark brown sugar
1 chopped onion
1 sprig of thyme
1 sprig of rosemary
Salt and black pepper to taste

Mix the coffee with boiling water and reserve
Season the pork with garlic, salt, and pepper
Baste the olive oil in a pressure cooker and glaze the pork
Add the coffee, sugar, and cover the cooker
Cook for 15 minutes after reaching pressure
Remove from heat, let it finish under pressure, and open the cooker
Add the onion, thyme, and rosemary and bring the cooker without a lid to medium heat until the sauce forms.
