Cut the top off each mango like a lid, and reserve it
Next, remove the pit from each mango, removing the seeds
Replace the lid and arrange the mangoes in a medium-sized pot with enough water to cover half of them
Cover and bring to high heat
Let boil for 3 minutes or until they are tender, then drain
Heat the oven to medium temperature
Remove the lids and fill the cavities with half of the honey mixed with ground cinnamon
Place a piece of cinnamon stick on top and re-cover
Arrange each mango over a piece of aluminum foil and drizzle with the remaining honey
Wrap without closing completely and arrange in a large baking dish
Bake for 20 minutes or until the mangoes are slightly caramelized, then remove from the oven and gently remove the aluminum foil
Place on a plate, top each mango with a piece of cinnamon stick, mimicking a handle, and serve.
