3 sheets of mascarpone with skin
lemon juice
1 cup of fresh ricotta cheese passed through a sieve, or crumbled feta cheese
1 packet of pastrami (145g)
1 tablespoon of finely chopped onion
2 tablespoons of black olives pitted and chopped
1 tablespoon of red bell pepper chopped
3 sheets of mascarpone with skin
lemon juice

1 packet of pastrami (145g)
1 tablespoon of finely chopped onion
2 tablespoons of black olives pitted and chopped
1 tablespoon of red bell pepper chopped
Cut the mascarpone into sticks and remove the core and seeds
Marinate with lemon juice
In a bowl, mix the remaining ingredients
Place in a small serving dish, arrange the sticks of mascarpone around it
To serve, spread the pastrami over the sticks of mascarpone
Serves 6 people.
