500g of cooked chicken
400g of fresh mushrooms or 3 tablespoons of dried mushrooms
4 tablespoons of butter or margarine
2 tablespoons of tomato paste
1 tablespoon of chopped chives
1 tablespoon of chopped marjoram
1 tablespoon of chopped parsley
1/2 cup of red wine or madeira
salt and black pepper to taste
1 package of cooked fettuccine noodles
500g of cooked chicken

1 package of cooked fettuccine noodles
Cut the mushrooms into pieces
Fry them in butter or margarine and add the cooked chicken, herbs, and tomato paste
Cook for 3 minutes and add the red wine
(If using dried mushrooms, soak them in boiling water for 1 hour before using, then add this liquid to the sauce.) Place this sauce in a pan with the cooked fettuccine noodles and drain any excess liquid
Add 1 tablespoon of butter and 2 tablespoons of grated Parmesan cheese
Heat well and serve
Serve hot in an oven-safe dish
Serve with additional grated Parmesan cheese, separately.
