In a large pot, bring 5 liters of water to a boil
When boiling, add salt and spaghetti
Cook according to the package instructions and drain the pasta
Return the pasta to the pot and add two soup spoons of the cooking water
Mix in the ricotta cheese, black olives, and olive oil to taste
Season with salt if needed
Cover the pot and stir a bit
Transfer to a bowl, sprinkle with black pepper, and serve immediately.
