Prepare the basic mayonnaise: in a bowl, combine the egg yolks and mix with a wooden spoon or electric mixer until smooth
If desired, use a stand mixer on low speed
Slowly pour in the oil while continuously mixing until thickened to your liking
Add the lemon juice, salt, and black pepper, and mix until the mayonnaise reaches the desired consistency
Blend the tuna in a food processor or blender and mix it with the mayonnaise
Fold in the chopped parsley using a wooden spoon until well combined
