1 cup of fresh cream
1.5 liters of vegetable broth

Step 1
Cut the okra into slices
In a pot, combine the butter, olive oil, onion, and okra
Simmer for three minutes
Add the vegetable broth and cook for 20 minutes or until the okra is tender
Step 2
Blend the okra in a food processor
Slowly add the broth while continuing to blend until a creamy texture forms
Return this mixture to the pot, add the cream, and season with salt and black pepper
Serve in deep plates with green onions and kani-kama sticks.
