In a small saucepan, sprinkle the gelatin over the water and let it hydrate for about 3 minutes
Heat over low heat and stir until dissolved
In a large bowl, mix well the dissolved gelatin with the remaining ingredients
Pour into a mold with a diameter of 22 cm and refrigerate for about 2 hours or until firm
Dismantle and serve with fresh fruit salad or caramel sauce
