1/2 cup of coconut milk
1 tablespoon of olive oil to taste
3 tablespoons of green curry paste
100g of beef mignon cut into cubes
Lime juice from 2 lime leaves
1/2 tablespoon of pre-made fish sauce
1 tablespoon of coriander
150g of cilantro cut into stalks
150g of bamboo shoots cut into pieces
3 finger-length peppers, seeded and cut into strips
1/2 cup of coconut milk
1 tablespoon of olive oil to taste
3 tablespoons of green curry paste
100g of beef mignon cut into cubes
Lime juice from 2 lime leaves
1/2 tablespoon of pre-made fish sauce
1 tablespoon of coriander
150g of cilantro cut into stalks
150g of bamboo shoots cut into pieces
3 finger-length peppers, seeded and cut into strips
In a pan, combine the coconut milk, olive oil, and bring to a simmer until it forms a creamy texture (the oil will form a thin layer on top)
Add in the curry paste and mix well
Add in the beef, lime juice, fish sauce, and coriander
Mix well and let cook over low heat until the meat is cooked to your liking
Add in the cilantro, bamboo shoots, and continue cooking over low heat until the meat is tender
Add in the pepper and turn off the heat
Suggestion: serve inside green coconut shells (without the water).
