In a bowl, whisk the eggs lightly with the milk
Season with salt and black pepper
Heat a large frying pan over medium heat with the butter and pour in the egg mixture
As it thickens, push it towards you with a wooden spoon, scraping the bottom of the pan to obtain creamy scrambled eggs
Fill the croissants with the scrambled eggs and cured ham slices
