In a blender, combine all the ingredients, cover and blend for 5 seconds or until everything is well mixed
Chill in the refrigerator for 15 minutes
Heat a 16 cm diameter skillet and grease with melted butter
Pour 2 tablespoons of the batter, tilt the skillet from side to side, and fry for 1 minute or until lightly browned
Flip and let the other side cook
Repeat the process until all the batter is used up
