Place the flour on a surface and make a hole in the center
Crack the egg and add the butter into the hole and mix well
Add the salty water and continue mixing until you get an elastic dough
Let it rest for 1 hour
Roll out the dough very thinly and cut it into 8 to 10 cm diameter circles
Place a small amount of filling on one half of each circle, add cooked egg slices and a stuffed olive

Dampen the edges with cold water, fold in half forming pastries, and press with your fingers
Dip your fingers in cold water and press the edges to seal well
Fry in hot oil until golden brown, then let it drain on paper towels.
