2 cups of wheat flour
3/4 cup of butter or margarine
4 to 5 soup spoons of cold water
2 cups of wheat flour

Mix all ingredients well to obtain a smooth dough
Roll out the dough into 6 portions and place them on the bottom of 22cm-opening molds
Bake in a moderate preheated oven (180°) until golden brown
Use your preferred filling.
