A quarter cup of cold water

Coldly cut the butter into 8 pieces
Place in the processor bowl with the flour and salt
With the processor on, process for 4 or 5 seconds until the mixture has a breadcrumb consistency
While the motor is running, add the cold water
Turn off the motor once all the water has been added
Form the dough quickly into a ball with your fingers and open it immediately on a surface dusted with flour or chill in the refrigerator until ready to use
Cover a 25 cm diameter mold.
