Conection of 1 package (300g) of laminated puff pastry
3 green potatoes, peeled
Lemon juice from 1/2 lemon
4 tablespoons of melted butter
4 tablespoons of grated Parmesan cheese

Conection of 1 package (300g) of laminated puff pastry
3 green potatoes, peeled

Defrost the puff pastry according to the package instructions
Unroll and cut into six 12cm diameter circles
With a small knife, carefully remove the skin and pulp from the potatoes
Slice thinly and drizzle with lemon juice
Assemble the tartlets by arranging the potato slices on top of the pastry circles, slightly overlapping to form a fan shape
Dress with melted butter and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese
Bake in a moderate oven (180°C) for 15 minutes or until golden brown
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, garnish with parsley, and serve, if desired, with ice cream
