2 biologic yeast tablets (30g)
2 eggs
1 cup milk
low-fat milk
2 tablespoons salt
1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
5 cups all-purpose flour, approximately
1 egg for brushing
Stuffing
150g lean ham, cut into slices
150g mozzarella cheese, cut into slices

Stuffing
150g lean ham, cut into slices
150g mozzarella cheese, cut into slices
1 Mix the yeast, eggs, milk, salt, and melted butter in a blender
Transfer to a bowl and gradually add the flour
Knead with your hands until a dough forms and divide it into 20 equal parts
2 Make small balls and cover with a cloth
Let them rise until they have doubled in volume
With your hands, open each ball into a rectangle and place one slice of ham and one slice of cheese on top
Shape the puffs and arrange them on a greased baking sheet
3 Preheat the oven to 180°C
Let the shaped puffs rest for 10 minutes and brush each one with the egg
Bake until golden.
