2 tablespoons of olive oil
1 chopped onion
1 minced garlic
1 anchovy fillet
1/4 cup of capers
1 can of tuna
1 can of tomato puree
1/2 cup of black olives, pitted and chopped
4 tablespoons of chopped parsley
4 tablespoons of chopped basil
salt and pepper to taste
2 tablespoons of olive oil

Heat the olive oil in a pan
Add the chopped onion and minced garlic
Let it brown
Remove from heat and add the anchovy fillet
Mash well
Heat again, adding capers, black olives, and tuna
Stir for 3 minutes
Add tomato puree
Simmer gently for 40 minutes
Season with salt, pepper, parsley, and basil to taste
