3 tablespoons of butter or margarine
1/2 cup of wine vinegar
1 tablespoon of cornstarch
1/2 cup of raisins
1 teaspoon of paprika
salt to taste

Blend the carrot, onion, and cooking liquid in a blender
Pour into a saucepan and add butter or margarine
Cook over medium heat, 10 minutes after it starts boiling
Mix the wine vinegar with cornstarch
Add to the saucepan along with raisins and paprika
Let it boil again and cook slowly for another 10 minutes
Check the seasoning and add salt if necessary
Serve with sliced pork, heated through
