1/2 cup of water
1/3 cup of olive oil
2 tablespoons of lemon juice
2 tablespoons of parsley leaves
50g of anchovy paste, drained
2 slices of bread form
1 red bell pepper, seeded and peeled
1 pimenta-dedo-de-moja (note: I'm assuming this is a type of hot pepper, if not please let me know)
To taste salt

Cut the bell pepper into pieces and blend in a blender with the remaining ingredients until you get a slightly thick sauce
Refrigerate until serving.
