2 cups beef broth (480ml)

1 tablespoon of mustard (5g)
1 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce (4g)
A pinch of paprika

Fry the onion in butter until golden brown
Add wheat flour and mix well
Add beef broth and mix
Combine remaining ingredients, mixing until the mixture thickens slightly
Serve 3/4 cup or approximately 28 tablespoons.
