Melt the chocolate with the water and brandy in a double boiler
Stir until smooth (homogeneous)
Avoiding lumps, gradually add the honey, stirring well
Continue cooking and stirring in the double boiler, until warm
Add the almonds or hazelnuts
Cover and let rest without stirring, still in the double boiler, for about 10 minutes
Remove from heat
Stir well before serving
Serves 1 1/2 cup of sauce
Serve over ice cream, whipped cream, coffee, or chocolate
