300g of beef

300ml of water
A handful of fresh parsley leaves

Clean the beef and cut it into cubes
Season with salt and black pepper
Brown the meat with garlic and olive oil in a pressure cooker until it's golden brown
Add 300ml of water and bring to a boil
Add the tomatoes
Stir well
When boiling, cover the pot
When the pressure starts to release, turn off the heat and cook for 20 minutes
Remove from heat, let the pressure release, and open the pot
Stir well to shred the beef, add salt, and toss in the chopped parsley leaves with your hand
Serve over pasta with parmesan cheese to taste.
