Two spoons of pepper sauce
2 1/2 tablespoons of ketchup
3/4 cup of olive oil
1/2 cup of lemon juice
Two spoons of vinegar
Two cups of chopped onion
2 cloves of garlic, mashed
One spoonful of dark Karo syrup
One leaf of bay leaves, in pieces
One spoon of mustard powder
One spoon of salt
Two spoons of pepper sauce

Combine all ingredients with 1/2 cup of water
Bring to a boil, reduce heat, and let simmer slowly for 15 minutes
Serve with hamburgers or chicken
This sauce can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for at least one week
It will keep for six cups.
