3/4 cup of olive oil
1/4 cup of vinegar
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tablespoon of finely chopped onion
1 tablespoon of finely chopped pickles
1 tablespoon of capers
1 tablespoon of chopped fresh parsley
1 1/2 tablespoons of cooked, chopped egg white
3/4 cup of olive oil
1/4 cup of vinegar
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tablespoon of finely chopped onion

1 1/2 tablespoons of cooked, chopped egg white
Combine all ingredients except for the egg white in a bowl and stir until well mixed
While still warm, add the chopped egg white and mix thoroughly
Season to taste and serve warm or chilled.
