1 cup rolled oats (or All Bran)

Pinch of cinnamon and nutmeg

Mix all the ingredients well in a bowl
Place the dough in 6 ungreased muffin cups or microwave-safe dishes
Heat in the microwave on high for 4 and 1/2 minutes
Let cool and serve warm or at room temperature
Note: To reheat a frozen muffin, wrap it in paper towel and heat in the microwave on high for 15 seconds.
