Soak the cannellini beans in cold water for two hours
Then, transfer them to a pressure cooker and cook over medium heat for one hour
Let the pressure release naturally
Discard the liquid

In a saucepan, combine whole milk, skimmed milk, grated coconut, salt, sugar, and cannellini beans
Bring to a simmer, stirring occasionally, until it reduces slightly
Remove from heat
Sprinkle with cinnamon to serve.
