2 1/2 tablespoons of oats
1 tablespoon of lemon juice
2 cups of milk
1 large banana
1 1/2 tablespoons of chopped nuts
1 1/2 tablespoons of raisins

If using instant oats, there's no need to soak them
If not, let them soak in 3 tablespoons of water for a day and a half
Mix the lemon juice with the milk and pour it over the oats
Wash and peel the banana
Chop the nuts and sprinkle them over the oats and milk mixture
Mix slowly
Dust with the raisins
Serve immediately
Serves 2
Variation: You can also add strawberries or bananas and use yogurt instead of milk.
