1 can of condensed milk
200g of blackberries, chopped
2 tablespoons of lemon juice
3 egg whites

Dissolve the gelatin in the cold water and let it sit at room temperature until completely dissolved
Transfer to a blender and add the condensed milk, blackberries, and lemon juice
Blend until smooth
Pour into a serving dish and fold in the whipped egg whites, being gentle
Distribute into individual servings and refrigerate
Serve chilled.
