1 envelope of unflavored gelatin
1/3 cup (ch) of water
2 cups (ch) of strong brewed coffee
3/4 cup (ch) of sugar
2 cups (ch) of fresh heavy cream
1/4 cup (ch) of chocolate liqueur

Combine the gelatin and water in a bowl and let it hydrate for five minutes
Place it in a double boiler, stirring until dissolved
Remove from heat and add the coffee and sugar
Mix well and refrigerate for 15 minutes or until it reaches the consistency of raw egg white
Remove from refrigerator and mix with heavy cream and chocolate liqueur
Pour into cups and refrigerate for at least four hours or until the mousse is firm.
