2 cups of peach puree
1/4 cup of sugar
Thin strips of orange to taste

Sprinkle the gelatin over the water, let it hydrate for five minutes and then place it over medium heat in a bain-marie until it dissolves. Reserve

In a blender, beat the peach puree and sugar together, then add the dissolved gelatin
Mix well, pour into a bowl, refrigerate until slightly thickened, then fold in the orange strips
Pour into molds and refrigerate until set
If desired, decorate with sliced peaches
