1 container of natural low-fat yogurt
1 tablespoon of unsweetened cocoa powder
1 or 2 packets of stevia sweetener
2 egg whites
Vanilla drops
1 tablespoon of cinnamon and cocoa powder mix

Blend the yogurt, cocoa, and stevia in a blender until smooth
Refrigerate for 30 minutes
Remove from the refrigerator and stir well
Add the whipped egg whites and vanilla drops, stirring gently
Sprinkle with the cinnamon and cocoa powder mix and serve immediately.
