200g bittersweet chocolate bars, chopped

Beat the egg yolks in a creamy consistency and add the melted butter
Beat again
Heat a small saucepan over low heat with the bittersweet chocolate and unsalted butter
Whip the egg whites until stiff peaks form
Combine the egg yolks, melted chocolate mixture, rum, and whipped egg whites
Fold gently
Pour into individual serving cups and refrigerate
Yield: 8-10 servings.
