1/3 cup of chopped fresh dill
2 small cups of plain yogurt
4 tablespoons of mayonnaise
some drops of hot pepper sauce
cucumber slices for garnish

'Sprinkle the cucumber lightly with salt and sugar.'
Let it sit for 20 minutes
In a saucepan, sprinkle the gelatin over cold water mixed with white wine vinegar
Heat over low heat until the gelatin dissolves
Mix in chopped parsley
Drain the cucumber and combine it with onion and dill in a blender
Blend well
Add liquid gelatin and blend until smooth
Refrigerate until thickened, about 3 to 4 hours
Mix in plain yogurt and mayonnaise
Taste and adjust seasoning as needed
Pour into a round white mold, about 20 x 6.5 cm
Cover and refrigerate until firm, about 3 to 4 hours
Unmold and garnish with cucumber slices and fresh parsley
Serves 6
