500g of finely chopped or ground chicken breast
1 chopped onion
1 minced garlic clove
3 slices of bread without crust, torn into small pieces
1/4 cup (ch) of milk
2 tablespoons of all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon of chopped fresh parsley
Salt and pepper to taste
Filling
200g of mozzarella cheese cut into small cubes
3 tablespoons of cream cheese
To coat
2 beaten eggs
Breadcrumbs
Vegetable oil for frying

In a bowl, combine the chicken, onion, garlic, torn bread, milk, flour, parsley, salt, and pepper
Mix well to form a dough
Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for one hour
In another bowl, mix together the mozzarella cheese and cream cheese
Shape the nuggets and fill them with the cheese mixture
Dip the nuggets in the beaten eggs and then coat in breadcrumbs
Fry in hot oil until golden brown
Serve immediately, still warm.
