6 hard-boiled eggs, peeled
2 cups cooked shrimp
1/2 cup heavy cream
salt and pepper to taste

Cut the eggs in half lengthwise, then remove the yolks and place them in a bowl
Place the whites in a separate dish
Mix the yolks with the cooked shrimp until smooth
Pass through a fine-mesh sieve
Whisk together heavy cream, shrimp-yolk mixture, and salt to taste
Season to taste and fill the egg whites
Serve 6.
