Cook the chicken well
In a pan greased with oil, fry the chicken, shrimp, and pork ribs
Add the green bell pepper, fish, and mussels
Fry everything together for 5 minutes, adding more oil if necessary
Add the rice and mix well with the meats
Add the shellfish and keep at low heat
Separately: Heat 1/2 cup of oil, chop 2 large tomatoes and 1 onion; add 1 tablespoon of paprika, 1 sprig of rosemary, 1 tablespoon of salt, and 2 cups of boiling water
Add a can of peas and let cook for 10 minutes
Slowly add this mixture to the previous one and cook for another 10 minutes until the rice is tender
Do not stir
While cooking, mix 2 minced garlic cloves with 1 tablespoon of chopped parsley
Add 1 tablespoon of the liquid from the other pan and combine everything; mix well and cook for an additional 5 minutes or until all the liquid has been absorbed by the rice
Let rest for 5 minutes before serving
Serves 6.
