Sift the flour and add salt and pepper
Add the butter or margarine to small pieces, mixing thoroughly
Add the cheese and caraway seeds, mixing lightly
Add the Worcestershire sauce to 1 tablespoon of cold water and pour over the previous mixture
Add the remaining water and mix with a fork until everything is moistened
Form into a ball
Open onto a lightly floured surface
Roll out very thinly and cut into strips, 8 cm x 1 cm
Bake in a hot oven in an ungreased baking dish for 10 to 12 minutes, until slightly golden
Let it sit for about 6 days.
